How long does a canvas take to arrive?
Printing and shipping take about 5 to 9 business days in total. You get an email when the order is placed and when it ships.
What if the canvas arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the damage to hello@petportraitfromphotos.com within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it free. No need to send the canvas back.
Can I put my pet's name on the portrait?
Yes, on the brass plaque under the preview and in the file name, and on the packing note of a canvas order. The painting itself never has text in it, so it stays clean for framing.
Can I send the canvas straight to the person I am giving it to?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and it ships directly to them. The packing note can carry the dog's name. Prices and receipts are only sent to your email.
I want it to be a surprise. Will they see the preview?
No. Your preview lives in your browser and your account, nowhere public. Sharing only happens if you tap Share yourself.
